“I told you guys before I made my appointment that I needed my car spotless. My tires were not washed, there were bug spots still on my car. My inside windows were not whipped down... I paid over $500 for this. And since I didn’t GET what I paid for I want part of my money back. My car is suppose to be shipped today.”

“At first I was pleased. Then next day I noticed the pocket in front of gear shift wasnt touched; dirty and left items..didn’t take items in glove compartment. The hardware on carpet to move seats up or back were dirty, very dirty.! For $149.00 I thought it would be shining. Very disappointed! He was here maybe 1 hour 15 minutes.”

“The work was done great. Scored lower than a 5 because the tech did not call to say he had arrived and started working on the wrong car. In my description of my vehicle it was indicated my car is a Jeep GRAND Cherokee where as my daughters car sitting in the driveway is a Jeep Limited Sahara. My car was in the garage and accidentally her car was unlocked so that’s where he started. Could have saved him some time with a quick call to say he was here and could have instructed him on the vehicle that I needed the service for. Thanks and I will definitely return and recommend in the future. Thanks again. ”
