“1. We were charge and extra $60.00 for out two vehicle supposedly due to a large amount of pet hair. For our van we had no problem as we use the van to transport our pets in it. The problem was our Dodge Dart. None of our animals have ever been in the vehicle so how could it have excessive pet hair. 2. There were still spots on the windshield, we had to reclean them ourselves, not a lot of spots but for the price there shouldn't have been any. We will say that the crew was very friendly and courteous. They work non-stop from the time they arrived until they left.”

“My appointment was between 8-10 am. No one arrived until after 1 pm. He did not clean my steering wheel. He also created some sort of mess on my headliner. It looks like something exploded on it. He was supposed to clean it, not make it worse. He also charged me an additional $50 to clean the outside of my car. ”
