“I'm happy the vomit was cleaned. The tech cleaned the vomit decently. Thank you for the hard work that was done with the vomit area on the seat, door and floor. I appreciate that. The mats were cleaned very well. But, there is still dirt underneath the mats, trunk, dashboard, cup holders etc.. There is still the smell of vomit in my car and some of where the window pops out. There is stains on front seat. The tech spent two hours just cleaning the vomit area and cleaning mats only. I don't agree it was worth $268 to get it detailed. I could have done it better myself with lesser expenses. I will go to a different place next time. I will have to get it detailed again at a different place now. This was the first time I got my car detailed. It was not a good experience.”

“My 2018 car was a mess! Dirt, grime, dog hair, stains. My technician was amazing! He was on time. Shampoos, scrubbed you name it he got ALL of my car, inside and outside, sparkling clean. Well worth the price. I will definitely use detail.com again. ”

“I payed to have my Suburban detailed. The guy who worked on the Suburban did not touch the roof. It is still dirty. Not only did he not wax the roof, he did not even clean it. I can send photos, but someone should come out and review it yourselves.”
