The second score is a 1 for the cardetailing.com ability to actually honor appts or even the ability to make an appointment without constant cancellation texts and emails. It was ridiculous how much effort it took to actually get the appointment.

“They arrived a little ahead of their scheduled time - which was fine, much better than being late or even at the tail end of the time period alloted. They got all the work done in less than one hour and only missed one little spot - which they promptly took care of when I pointed it out. The main guy - I forget his name, sorry - was very friendly as well.”
