“Unfortunately tech arrived later than expected and therefore it was almost dark by the time he began actually washing the outside of the vehicle. I don’t believe a clay bar was used on vehicle and if there was actual wax it came from a spray bottle. The inside was fantastic though and had there been more time in the day I believe he could have done much better. There were still bugs and other debris on the outside.”

“The guys were great, friendly and prompt. But I think with the seats being wet, they couldn't see that it wasn't done properly. The middle seat you can see was missed completely I think.”

“Service was ok. I expected more for my money. $189 is not cheap and several things had to be pointed out to be cleaned. Afterwards I found small details like the inside of door jams that I cleaned myself. Not sure if any waxing service was done but a wash was done. I suppose not all stains are guaranteed to be lifted from carpet areas but an ok amount was removed. The workers were nice and friendly and asked if any other issues were seen. I inspected and gave direction of small details like inside the doors top and bottom areas where dirt and crud were, the ceiling of the inside and visor was directed to for stains. No car freshener was used afterwards. I probably won’t be using the service again. First time experience was just ok. ”

“The carpet doesn't look good. There is a big spot I pointed out and the tech said it won't come out he steam cleaned the carpet because we didn't have water to use. The seats were not moved back to clean around them. The covers over the gauges look very smeared couldn't see that until the light hit on them this morning. The drivers floor matt looks like it was just overlooked as far as being cleaned, it was vacuumed. Very dissatisfied with the way the tracks for the middle seats looks. They aren't clean at all. For $240 it should be better then we could have at a carwash. The outside looks pretty good inside doesn't look any better then we could have done. ”

“Great job on the car, only complaint was that I made an appointment and it was confirmed and then y’all called and made it the next day due to equiptment complications. I understand that stuff happens but only negative comment I have! Otherwise great :) thank you!”
