“My interior was clean from the start, I wanted to get my vehicle detailed specifically to remove the light swirls in the paint, so I went with the $339 Titanium package that kinda covered everything. Aside from knocking an emblem of my trunk, the detailer did not use a clay brick on my vehicle. When I noticed him starting to wax the car, I asked about the clay brick and his response was that he already did it, that it was in the liquid wash..., really???? I have had my car clay bricked several times before and not once was it done while washing the vehicle. My vehicle still has the light swirls. I had to remind him to wipe down the engine compartment in which he just spray shined a dirty engine, I would have prefered a wipe down instead of shining my dirty engine. This package is suppose to come with headlight restoration, which was not competed on my car, I guess he forgot.. I gave this service a 2.5 because the interior cleaning was good. The service I got was $150 not $339.”
