“I specifically asked the tech what he would do to try the mats and carpet, which he shampooed and he said nothing, it will be fine and dry like that. I said I was concerned for mold/mildew and I couldn’t leave windows open because of rain and he said I didn’t need to. Then I received aftercare instructions that specifically said the floor mats should be removed and taken inside and that the car also needed to have doors and windows open or heater left on. The car also needed to be vacuumed better, which I pointed out. And so it was shampooed not properly vacuumed. Finally, it was wet and dirty in spots upon opening the trunk”

“They showed up within the windows of time that they promised. They did a great job and got the bike looking better than I expected. There were some damaged spots from exposure to salt water when a high tide rose into the road and some scratches. The bike shiny and clean now. No spots left on the paint or chrome. ”

“Stains were removed pretty well for not using an extractor. Did notice the rear driver side door frame was still a bit dirty, but that was the only thing I noticed that was missed. Everything else was cleaned well. Left cash tip.”
