“They worked hard and did a good job, but I didn't know I was going to be expected to tip? How much do they make? I think for the price I paid they should be paid adequately without me having to pay more. I would like to use your services again, but not if I am expected to have to tip. I don't tip when I take a car in for any kind of serviceing, or when I have the tires rotated etc., so I don't think a tip should be expected here. Please let me reiterate - I am very happy with the job they did. ”

“The glove compartment was not cleaned out nor was the inside of the back door wiped down. There were some dried water spots where water dripped down on the exterior. Overall, a good job was done. ”
