“Tech arrived on time, we discussed my concerns and he started to get his equipment. To my surprise he pulled out a Bissell! I was expecting a professional extractor for a deep clean, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It took him about 3hrs and he was done. For the cost of this service (239+ tip- I always tip) I was expecting a much better job. The carpets came out okay but the rest of the interior was terrible! The backs of the head rest weren’t even touched, dash and center console were just wiped off not cleaned! Vents and seatbelt latches were not touched. I have no problem paying for a quality service but this was far from the mark. What I got was a basic light interior wipe down and carpet spot cleaning! I would not recommend this tech!”

“Really POOR JOB .... the black leather still looks really dirty all stains are still appearing as if it was never cleaned on interior VERY POOR JOB and I will spread the word about your services if you don’t FIX this issue immediately!!! ”

“I picked up the vehicle at night and it was raining the next morning. The water beaded nicely on the surface. Everything looked fine two days later when the sun was out. Max the technician was very accommodating and helpful about maintenance.”
