“Car smelled terrible still car wasn’t washed the seatbelt still had crusty puke on it and the car wasn’t cleaned well at all got the money I paid I feel like it should be a little better it really doesn’t bother me that it didn’t get vacuumed in the rear window area but not wiping the seatbelt clean that has dry puke on it is ridiculous won’t be using detail.com again”

“I am unhappy with the service. First I was given the arrival time window 8-11. Received 3 different times that morning. I called in to contact the technician as I would only be available until 1pm. He arrived around 11:45, had the job ‘completed ’ in an hour. Once everything was dry, the areas that needed cleaned due to a spill was not taken care of and spots were left. Multiple areas on the flooring were not clean. For $205 this service was not worth it cost. ”

“The original date i selected for my service, I chose the time slot between 8-11am, I kept getting updates what time my tech would arrive. It said 11:30 and I no longer had the time for the detail. I rescheduled, the tech arrived, spent an hour and 45 mins on the interior. Yes, it looked better than before. I have 3 kids and we basically live in my car, but the center console still had a lot of gunk l, there was still spots on my dash and the vents weren't cleaned well. With tip, I pain $240. Spending that much, I was expecting a lot better. I won't be a returning customer. ”
