“My appointment was for 10-12 PM. The detailer had a flat tier and was not able to show up until 2:45. While he did a good job on the interior and exterior, he did not wipe down the engine as the $189 package was to include. Even though he was late and offered a discount, I felt bad for him and paid the full amount and tipped an additional $25. I wish I had checked the engine while he was here. I feel a bit cheated, to be honest.”
