“Service person did not shampoo seats as was included in the price. They also asked me for electricity half way through the service because they ran out of gas. When I scheduled the service I stated I didn’t have access to electricity. ”

“The technician was perfect, did an amazing job. But I was extremely unhappy that I was told 4pm, then pushed back to 4:30pm, then pushed back to 4:45pm, then pushed back to 5pm, the tech showed up at about 5:10pm. ”
