“He did a great job and I was very pleased. I was a little disappointed that I never received a phone call that he would be late the first day. I had to call y'all to see why he was 2 hours late and so we had to reschedule for the next day. ”

“The service was great, and the tech was great. The issue was trying to contact the tech directly. My appointment was scheduled for 8am central, and the person whose phone number was listed was not able to meet the tech. At 8am, I emailed my phone number and called customer service several times. The tech arrived, called the original person, then left because there was no answer. By the time I was able to track down customer service, the tech was 40 minutes away. Mike was very helpful on the phone, but it was the lack of ability to communicate with the tech directly before your office opens that frustrated me. ”
