“The technician was supposed to arrive at 1:30, but didn't actually show up until 2:20. His communication was poor and I could barely understand him on the phone. The vehicles are clean and look much better than before, but it looks like the technician threw trash and other items from inside the vehicles on the ground around the vehicles. ”

“Was a bit disappointed with my car detailing today on a tiny little Hyundai Tiburon. The team worked on it for 2 solid hours, but didn't have much success cleaning the exterior - leaving most of the bugs and dirt intact on the lower panels, streaks of wax and shine product on the paint, and they weren't able to make even a tiny improvement in the tree sap marks. They cleaned the interior pretty well, but the upholstery--even 24 hours later--is soaking wet. And the shine products used on the interior were dripping down the door panels and pooled in the dashboard and console. The wheels are sitting in pools of green tire shine. SO, after wiping up all the extra products, the car looks OK, but I was hoping they would have better equipment and products than I do in my own garage. They were able to make a good difference in the headlight lenses and they wiped down the engine compartment pretty well, too. And I did tip them because they worked hard for 2 hours on this tiny car! ”

As a window cleaning professional for several years however, I was not pleased with the state of the interior glass. Streaks, spots, and smears are evident throughout the entire interior. Despite not being pleased, I am not disappointed... I did not expect the interior glass to be impeccable. Automobile glass is difficult to clean due to its shape, size, and challenging accessibility. Overall, the two associates did a thorough, well-performed task of cleaning my vehicle. ”
