“First, I was booked for a 10-12 window. I received a call that the first person backed out and they were looking for a new detailer. That person arrived around 12:30. It was an OK job, but my cup holders were still dirty, the door handles weren't cleaned. There was still split coffee on my seat. I asked about some fine scratches and was told that those could only be buffed out with the top of the line (8 hour package). I am confused because I thought this was one of the top of the line packages. Overall, disappointed.”
