“Did an extremely poor job on my truck. Dirt left everywhere from inside to out. Not worth $300 at all, I’ve seen a 15 dollar car wash clean twice as good as there technician. On top of that I called customer service about getting a refund and or discount. I sent in more than enough proof of how horrible this detail was. It is now 3 days later and I have yet to hear back from them, even after being told multiple times after I send photos of a bad job they will get back to me immediately. Anyway I figured out this “detail.com” just contracts all the work out. So the guys coming to detail are going to do there own thing not the package included on the website. Horrible customer service horrible details will never be using this again”

“He did a great job on the interior; The inside was a vast improvement. Unfortunately, the outside still has a lot of salt/ spots and I will need to take it through a car wash which is a little disappointing considering the cost of this service. It looks a lot better, but not like I received the services listed in this package.”
