“worst detail I have ever had. My windows and mirrors are streaked all the way around. the wax applied was only wiped on with one stroke and not let to dry so now my car has lines through the paint where the wax was not removed correctly. The package included that all carpets including the trunk would be shampooed. They were not even damp to the touch. also the package included that under the hood would be wiped down. as far as I can tell the hood was never opened. Also area missed on treating the leather interior. we were looking at using you for a fleet of trucks to wash and detail but not now. ”

“They did not clean interior windows, dog drool still all over them. Used accent cleaner on hard top which every swipe mark seen. Vacuum was very decent. Still had some hardened bug goo on hood and front. Guys nice and respectful right from start. ”

“The car detailing was OK (smears on the windshield and windows; had to point out several places on the car that the wax job obviously missed; the dash nearest where it meets the windshield weren't reached.) Unfortunately, that's just the state of business in America today.
But I was surprised to look at my bank records and see I was charged $200, not $185. Nothing was said about the increase..”
