“This technician was MUCH better than the original person you sent. The only thing that I wasn't completely satisfied with was the headliner. While for the most part the marks that were on the headliner are gone, there are now "water stains" from where it was cleaned. I do realize that cleaning a headliner is a bit of a process, so even though I would have preferred a clean headliner with no stains at all, I can understand why I ended up with what I have. Overall the technician that was sent out was night and day different from the original. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cared about a job well done. I will say I really think you should vet your technicians a bit better though. Having to send someone twice to complete a job should not be necessary and doesn't look good on your company. Thank you for addressing my concerns and fixing the problem instead of just overlooking my concerns. ”

“Trunk was not vacuum, trunk jams not vacuumed or cleaned. Interior plastic parts cleaned with oily not meant for plastic parts. Rims bot detailed mentioned in items to be done, left dirty.”

“NOTHING was done as it should have been. On top of that I have a "receipt" for my payment that was never signed for as per the email and text I received. I EXPECT to hear from some authority personnel this morning to take a look a what WAS NOT done. Nevermind the TWO days I will now be using to deal with having my car detailed. This should have been a 3-4 hour MAXIMUM amount of time spent dealing with this. If I could leave a negative number for a review, I would.”

“Guys forgot the large foot deep (space) holder between the seats, didn't remove some stuck on velcro but mostly did a good job. I did tip them with cash - also didn't remove window stuck on stuff, passes, AAA, gate open signal which have to come off with a razor. Not important. I can do it. Nice guys.”
