“Aweful job ... detail person showed up almost two hours late ... almost night time. No apology, not even a hello. I paid for the platinum package and he didn’t vacuum my trunk at all, nor did he wipe down anything underneath the hood, all types of leaves in the jams and the wheels still had brake dust everywhere. Hoping someone would come out and finish the job properly.”

“Was confused when truck bed was NOT included! Not even rinsed out or wash? Initial inspection good. Drove today & windshield badly streaked & smeared. Then noticed many spots (crevices-mirror, bottom doors) were completely missed. Vacuum & wiping interior very good. But now I'm left with still having to clean 1/4 truck. Representative was kind & professional. ”
