“The tech did a great job. Appointment was a bit of an issue. Originally wanted morning. Wasn’t available. Then emailed that 8am was available but by that time I had made plans so scheduled for 2pm then at 1:30 pm the time was moved to 3 pm. I know scheduling can be an issue but a 5 is perfect so 4.5”
