“Our car is as clean as the day we bought it. We are extremely pleased with the excellent work, the professional and detailed approach during scheduling and during the work, and the courtesy shown. The only reason we aren’t giving a 5 is because he forgot to vacuum the trunk area which we didn’t see until after he left. It wasn’t very dirty so no big deal but it was an oversight. All-in-all, very pleased! ”
