“Great job, my disgustingly dirty car looks SO MUCH BETTER, thank you!”

“Still dirt in hard to reach areas, was surprised by the original ask to pay almost DOUBLE the original cost for pet hair. There was pet hair in the back hatch area and on backseat floorboards but we have leather seats and no hair up front. Why is this almost double the cost?? Technician agreed to do car seat but since we had a promo applied which took $30 off our bill he let us know at the end he would no longer do the car seat. Overall disappointed. Paid $300 to clean the interior and he wouldn’t do the car seat. ”

“There are streaks on the dashboard and I had to remind the tech to clean certain spots (glove box, arm rest and in-between the seats.) He also said he did windows but they really don’t look like they’ve been touched at all. But the carpets, trunk and seats looked a lot better. ”
