“Did Not apply wax. Guy must think I never had any of my cars detailed. Paint on car feels dry. Didn't even wash the vehicle. No water anywhere around the vehicle. Have video of what I had to wipe outside the vehicle. Dirt. Horrible job. Never again. Suggest people refrain from calling unless you babysit the technician. Send me a link and I'll provide you with video.”

“The detailer called me and stated since the paint was a little faded that he would use the machine to apply compound. The machine left two wheel marks on the vehicle. I called to inquire about fixing them but I received a message that the vendor didn't use a machine since it wasn't included in the Platinum package. The vehicle has never had a machine used on it and now there are two wheel marks from that machine on my vehicle. So either the vendor is lying or Detail.com is lying. Either way I was just looking to have it fixed not asking for a refund. I wasn't even mad until now. I will never use or recommend Detail.com to anyone.
