“When they were leaving, I pointed out that they Left Trash on the ground. I Asked for spray bottle and rag to redo the hubcaps. I said dirt that I could wipe off. He said "rust" yes some rust but I got dirt off. Said 3x that I needed it to look "brand new" and this was my expensive Christmas present from my husband. Asked to get the dead bugs out of the rear window sill. He said he didn't have a brush to reach and the vacuum nozzle was too large. Back end of work van smelled of pot.
On a better note, they were polite, and did a better job than I could have done. I gave them each a tip for working in such cold conditions. Sorry, but this was way too expensive for being this frustrated and disappointed. I had texted 2 times this am asking if it was too cold to work outside. No answer. The young men said that no one is in the office after mid morning”
