My only complaint was there seemed to be a disconnect in communication between Cardetailing.com, the company they hired and Kirby and Don. showed up 2 hours late. The workers didn't know they had 6 vehicles to service.”

“This was my first detailing with cardetailing.com I previously used a local business who also came to my house. I was aggravated that my initial appointment got canceled because the provider had mechanical issues, but I was able to reschedule for the next day. If I was working, that could have been an issue. Ivan arrived on time the next day, which was the coldest day in December in a decade. He worked alone for 4 hours on my car, through snow showers, and bitterly cold wind. When he was done, he walked me through everything he did. My car (2009 Volvo) sparkled like new. I will request Ivan specifically for my next detail. He was that good. Overall, despite a rocky start, Ivan saved the day. Will definitely use cardetailing.com and Ivan again. ”
