“Purchased Super Platinum package. After completion of service car was still dirty both inside and out. Sent pictures to support. No way was car waxed, exterior still had dirt on it, door jams were dirty…cup holders and interior compartments dirty, seats moldings dirty. Were places that a cloth never touched. ”

“They did a great job in removing all of the dog hair and then washed and waxed the exterior to a mirror shine. Would use again. ”
