“I will never give a credit card up front again. I haven’t been able to see what it looks like as I had to leave. It took him 3 times to come out in order to finish. Trash was left that my son had to pick up. Mike never showed up when he said he would. It varied between 1-3 hours after I got your text on when he would arrive. He always worked in the afternoon and the second day was overcome by the heat and had to go home. After seeing the work on the cap the first day I was excited. He was initially spraying by hand and worked on the oxidation. By the 3rd day that stopped and he just sprayed the wax on not worrying about oxidation. I can tell one window has water spots as I can see them with my camera. I haven’t seen the rest yet but it’s now paid for and I have no recourse to get anything fixed once I actually see it. ”

“Ken was the name of the technician, did a great job on everything I had asked for (Titanium Detailing Package). My appointment was scheduled for arrival to be 8am - 11am and he was here right at 8. My car wasn’t even home yet as I was going to pick it up from the mechanic 10 minutes down the road. He drove me down there to get it and had no problem doing so even though he didn’t have to. I’m really happy with the exterior as it looks 10x better than how it was before and the interior was done well too.”
