“- Called two hours into the initial arrival time to reschedule due to the weather. The inclement weather was well known and expected so there was no reason this couldn't have been done prior to the appointment window.
- Arrived an hour late to the rescheduled appointment (an hour after the appointment window).
- Didn't attempt to clean obvious stains.
- Didn't clean the back area of the SUV, at all.
Overall, there's no way I could justify this expense. If the cleaning was more thorough, I would have given a much better review.”
