“Job was well done but I thought I had agreed to a $325 all inclusive price (I paid a separate cash tip). However there was an added $8.94 which the technician referred to as “tax” so I agreed to $333.94 to be charged to my card. However once I looked at the receipt later I saw this was a charge of 2.75% for using a credit card. This should have been made clearer up front and if I was told via previous email it must have been in the small print. Most people don’t have $333 in their pocket and nearly everyone takes a credit card without a surplus charge for doing so”
