“I never leave bad rating for anyone. This is their livelihoods and they do the best they can. The car looked great and smelled better. One thing . . . They put armor-all type protectant on the rubber floor mats. It was so slippery my foot slipped from the brake pedal and I went through a stop sign. Thank god no one was there. This was after I wiped the floors with a towel. There was so much protectant on it I have slippery spots in the doorway to my house from my shoes. It was just a lot.”
