“Person showed up late, and took longer than expected. He didn't know English and it was really difficult to communicate. The biggest problem was definitely cleaning the pedals in a way that they were extremely slippery, which was incredibly unsafe. I needed to fix it myself and use a towel because he didn't understand me. I tried to ask for a paper towel but he didn't understand, even using Google Translate. The way he cleaned the car left quite a bit of residue, he needed to wipe it down with a damp towel of water at the end but didn't, so I had to do that myself as well. It was a really bad experience overall.”
