“Not the wow moment I was expecting. Detailed told me she does not utilize much water when shampooing seats because a customer has complained. The seat still had marks on them that I was able to clean off with my spot cleaner I have at home. Dog was not all removed as promised and I was able to get the leftovers with furs off pet hair remover I also have at home. The was not a professional detail job by any means and not worth the $300.”

“The technician should have kept me more up to date on why he was running so late. He was very nice and he seemed interested in doing a good job, however, after he left I noticed some problems with the windows. There was a haze on the driver's side window and also the entire back window. I had to use a vinegar solution and a squeegee to get it off, this required several applications. I'm not sure what happened but it seems like he should have double- checked to see if things were done properly. Also, some of the cleaner he used on the inside on the car had not been wiped up entirely so I had to use a cloth and go back over everything. Over all he did a good job and I he had a good personality. I think he needs to be a little bit more attentive to finishing details.”
