“They did a great job. However, there were still crumbs in the cracks of the leather in both the driver & passenger seats that could be wiped away with your hand. I hate to nitpick over a tiny detail...but I paid a lot for a detailing.”

“One of my company vehicles was detailed on Friday morning last week. I didn't have the opportunity look inside the vehicle until this morning since its not my regular driving vehicle.
I have sent pictures of the interior that show the poor detail work completed and not done.

“I am so pleased with the fantastic job the detailing crew did on my car. It was in a wretched state after the flood water got onto the floor and the whole car was then damp! Now it's just great.. “I told the guys that Dr Pepper was all over, showed them the areas. I tipped them very well .!!! Once I got in my truck I saw they missed some areas. I still see stains in my truck seats. Not happy.!!! Then I rolled down my windows and I still had my windows not cleaned. They should have rolled down my windows and cleaned all the way to the top. Not happy about that as well.!!! I pause over 255.00 to have my truck cleaned . I keep my truck very clean, so there was not a lot of work to Focus on. They dropped the ball in my opinion !! 255.00 I should not have to point out the issues and them not take care of me as I expected”
