“I would have scored higher but he broke our hose and the front windshield still had lots of smudges and marks . My car really wasn’t that bad and he did spend a lot of time on it but why wouldn’t you admit to breaking the hose?? We have used this company a few times before but next time will go with someone else. ”

“The guy who came out was really nice and he did a good job on what he did (I'd give him a 9 out of 10) but the cardetailing.com website didn't send him the notes to indicate that sap was included. That was one of the main reasons I wanted the truck detailed. The sap was driving me nuts. And now the truck is still sitting in my driveway with sap on it, even though the completed notes show "Tree sap" included. ”
