“My detailer Bryan was awesome! Super friendly and very professional!
The rest of this company is what brought the rating down. My detailer was running late when he was originally scheduled for Friday (and had to be rescheduled to the next day) and instead of letting me know, they just requested I set up my credit card information.
When Bryan arrived on Saturday he charged me for his service, and then I was charged again from setting up my CC info the previous day. (Which I requested be refunded and have gotten NO RESPONSE TO). Then, I got my confirmation text for yesterday's appointment 5hours after my actual appointment!!
Bryan was awesome, and I would absolutely hire him again...The rest of this company just BLOWS!! ”

“The guy showed up later than our agreed upon time. He was going to make it between 10-12. I agreed to 2 pm, then he shows up after 4. Barely spent two hours on the car., still bug guts on mirrors. This was awful. Should've gone to Washtub! ”
