“I think the detailer did a great job. He went to the wrong parking lot twice but after he got to the right one he could start his job. He showed up at 8:00 but could not be found for 40 minutes.”

“Did awesome job. On time, polite, friendly - easy to schedule. Windows have lots of smudges still - not sure if product you use needs to be better or just was an oversight. Be awesome to have someone stop by and do windows again. I tipped 20% was $50 tip for windows that aren’t perfect. Otherwise awesome job and I’d recommend ”

“I was thrilled with the work my technician did - he was detailed and the car looked brand new! Excellent job.
The company seemed to struggle with supplying him with the "this is my dogs car' statement so he did not have the pet equipment (kinda the reason for the detail). They called and tried to find solutions and then, nothing. I had to call and leave a message to find out when the internal could be scheduled. ”
