“When I read hand wax, paste wax came to mind. Was disappointed a spray wax was used. Some pine tree sap and other bug and tar issues were not addressed and the entire car was done with spray on products and just wiped down. Amount of service was way over priced for what felt more like a car wash job. Matilda was a lovely person. ”
