“You left my driveway a complete greasy mess where tires were cleaned. I cannot get the grease completely off using soap! Won’t use you or recommend your services in the future ”

“1. He did NOT wash & dry either bike (water was available) 2. There were bugs still stuck on the front of both bikes. 3. After he "finished" there were spots of polish left in random places. I suggested a "final wipe" to get any remaining polish/wax left behind. The final wipe was not done. I feel like I didn't get everything done that was included in the level of service i paid for. The guy was polite & courteous. When he arrived i asked how long it would take to complete both bikes, and without hesitation he stated "2 hours". It was that moment i knew i wouldn't be satisfied. ”
