The vents weren’t cleaned, the dashboard had cleaner residue (not buffed), the windshield had cleaner residue, and upon entering the car it is clear that the doors were only cleaned while closed (the edges have dust and dirt). The outside of the car looked good, except on door latches. He also did a good job shampooing the cloth seats but for $270 (platinum package) I expected better quality service. ”
