“He did a great job cleaning but neglected to turn off my dome lights and after 4 hours with doors open my battery was totally dead and he didn’t have jumper cables!! This should be detailing 101 to turn off the dome lights. My battery is not holding a charge now and I may have to purchase a new one. I will send the receipt if so for reimbursement by your company. ”
