“I understand things happen and have to be rescheduled and that happening today was not the biggest issue, but it was very inconvenient. The thing that really was a kick in the gut was how much I spend on a detail job that I could have done on my own and much better. In no way do I feel like my vehicle was given the services described In the package details. My dash wasn't wiped down and still had the dead bug on it from before hand. The doors edges were not cleaned, and no spot cleanings were done on headliner or seats. The biggest issue was that I was under the idea I would get to view the job before the tech left and give my opinion. This did not happen and I want even informed he had left. I went put to check on things about an hour and a half after he arrived and found an empty driveway And my van sitting with the keys in the driver seat. The technician was not there for any extended time to perform what I paid for and my vehicle showed the lack of work and effort as it would be expected for a "detailed" paid service. I am very displeased and will not recommend your company nor use again.”
