“My center console drink holder was the primary reason for requesting the service. It had some soda spilled there and was slightly sticky. They not only didn’t clean it, it wasn’t even opened to clean. Same with the backseat drink holder. There were spots that i easily wiped away on my seats, there was a Bobby pin left on the front driver’s floorboard, the vacuuming or cleaning did not happen on the backseat as there were still visible crumbs (minor, my car was not a mess to begin with) on the backseat and one quick run with a vacuum or cloth would clean it up easily. They didn’t even clean the seats. I am requesting a 50% refund as only 50% of my car was addressed. I have taken pictures. I was unable to be there at the close of the service as I trusted their ability to clean the car. I was visiting my mom in the hospital and could not be there for the service. This was not what I expected. I am not a particular person. But needed just the standard cleaning ability and didn’t get it. ”

“Sorry to have to leave a bad review, and to be fair the car was an auction car so it was dirty.
With that said, the job was very poor! The car was still dirty inside and out (if I could post pics I would). As stated the car was fresh from the auction and had writing on the windows... After the detail it was still on the windows! There were still hard water stains on the paint the floors below the mats were never touched, dry as a bone. the plastic below the rear bumper still had dirt. It only took about 2 hours to achieve this level of semi clean. I certainly would never use this company again, I needed a detail today, and had to call around to find this company but now I know why I could get them today. They must not get repeat customers much.
