“It would be helpful to have at least one of your detailed speak English. Both only spoke Portuguese. I don’t speak Portuguese and couldn’t communicate with them ”

“The window I was given was 8-11am and I scheduled my workday accordingly. Morning of, I got a notification the technician would arrive by 10am. The technician did not arrive until 11:15am and I had to delay a work call to be able to meet him. I was discounted $15 but that's doesn't really make up for having to rearrange my day. Respect the window of time you agree to. ”
