“The front window and my entertainment console screen have some streaks and not very clean -- not a huge deal. I would have also preferred he not remove things from the center storage area (USB drive was removed which contains my music files), but understand why he did it and will ask for that not to be done next time. The car seats, headrest, steering wheel, rearview mirror all had to be re-adjusted which is why I scored a 4 instead of a 4.5. I understand they needed to be moved to clean, but should have made an attempt to move everything back the way they were as close as possible. However, the rest of the inside was immaculate. It looked like a new car again. The gentleman was very nice.”
