I could not be happier with my service. This was the best Car Detail I have ever had. I really don't know what else to say other than I am recommending this service to everyone that I know!

The actual service was very very good, however the administrative service was not satisfactory as I had to make several phone calls to verify the appointment and when the designated time for them to arrive came and went I again called to find out what happened and when they would arrive. I was informed they running about 3.5 hours late and someone would call me back at 2:30 to advised if they would be arriving at 3:30, however no phone call came. Instead at aprox 3:40 I received a call from Fabio (i believe) requesting info on my whereabouts and I successfully guided him to my residence. My next issue is with my receipt as it does not reflect the tax amount I paid on my credit card along with the 285 dollars. The Fabio (?) and his compatriot were friendly, helpful and professional.

There are spots on the exterior

Arrival time was not accurate. First message gave one time, second message gave another time 75 minutes later, tech actually showed up 30 minutes after the second message’s estimate. Several dark dirt drips on car after tech left. Rest of car looks great!

Very pleased with the work except the poor work cleaning the windows. Both front and rear windows show streaking from poor work.
