The guys ended up doing a decent job but were 15 mins late, went to the wrong house, and brought a 4 ft step ladder for a 12' 10" motorhome. One guy spoke minimal English , the other none. They essentially needed to be babysitted to be sure things in the package were done. Some things, such as the wiping down of the engine compartment were not done but after 6 hrs of babysitting, I just wanted them done.

It would have been 5 but for the arrival time, which kept changing. Language barrier was handled well but still impeded communications. Tech's were super and friendly.
