“Angel was very nice and the car looked great. The reason this was not a 5 is because I don't believe the hand wax on exterior was done. I saw them wash the car, detail the interior, clean the rugs but did not see the hand wax. I would have noticed them waxing the sides or top. I mentioned that to Angel and he said it was done. The hood did not look waxed. Anyway I took Angel at his word and am pleased with how clean the car is. It was dirty. Sincerely, Arla Norton. P.s. it might be a good idea for the workers to have a listing of what each service includes so they can check off each process. It can't be easy for them to remember what each package includes.”
