“Gavin did a great job and showed up on time. The only reason for not giving a 5 rating is he wasn't made aware that I specified in the order that there was no access to water nearby or a hose. He resolved the issue by going to the nearest store and buying a hose long enough to reach but that caused him to start the detailing later, thus end later than he would have. I would book this service again except next time I will emphasize the lack of easy access to water. ”
