“I will start by saying that I made an appointment and nobody showed up. Nor did they even call to let me know they were canceling on me. Not good. I paid the $135for the full interior to be detailed. The person did a great job cleaning the carpets which were filthy admittedly. I did expect the seat belts would be cleaned as well, but they weren't. There was "armor all" all over the interior windshield. And a few other small details that were not attended to. He spent quite a long time on it, which was fantastic, so I was expecting it to be spotless. Over all I'm happy. ”

“I was expecting an auto detailing. But it was just a good car wash job. They left some small areas still dirty such as the door jambs. I didn't check the interior throughly but I hope it okay. I asked them to remove the door trims but they said they could not remove the adhesive in case they damage the paint. I agree with them but I thought they are the pros that I expect they know more than I do. I guess they used leather conditioner. The spell of it destroyed the cars original leather spell. I wish they used scent less conditioners. I am not sure if there are original leather scent conditioners. Overall I think they did an okay job but not impressive. Maybe I am expecting too much from them. ”
