“Our trunks weren't done at all. I did mention we didn't want them done before getting quoted a price, but the package they recommended included trunks. So we figured they would do them Anyways. We emptied them and had them ready but they weren't done. I figure it was just a miss communication on that case so I didn't complain about it. Just thought that if I'm paying for it I'll get it then. The only reason I said at first to the appointment person was because I thought there might be a package without trunks.. ”
